Step into a role that matters. Our teen volunteer program invites you to support our after-school sessions, mentor younger students through their academic journeys, and assist with community events. It is a unique opportunity to build essential leadership skills while making a tangible difference in the lives of boys and girls in our community, helping them find their own North Star.

After successfully completing the North Star Heroes volunteer program, dedicated teens can earn a college scholarship designed to support their path to higher education and leadership. This award honors your commitment to the community while providing essential resources for your next chapter.
Eligibility
Open to active program participants who are currently enrolled high school students. Applicants must maintain a 2.5 GPA and demonstrate consistent leadership growth throughout their service term.
Hours Required
Volunteers must complete at least 100 service hours per academic year. This includes after-school mentoring, community event support, and active attendance at our leadership workshops.
Scholarship Usage
- College tuition and university fees
- Required textbooks and academic supplies
- Laptops or tablets for educational use
- Room and board on-campus housing
